Walk Out Balcony Terrace - Derby
Dio-Met have recently completed the survey, design, manufacture and installation of a walk-out terrace balcony in Derby. The product features galvanized and powdercoated steelwork framework and support posts with glass infill balustrade panels and a decked timber flooring.
The balcony features 1.8m high frosted privacy screens to the sides as required by the local planning authority and clear glass panels to the front. The steelwork is all powdercoated in the popular RAL 7016.
The customer was delighted at the extra space gained on his property and having a usable external sitting area with views stretching over the town of Derby and beyond.
