Originally starting as a solution for a glass well cover, the project evolved into an extensive suite of architectural features including a large walkout terrace, frameless glass balustrades, and custom access solutions.

Key Features Installed:

• Large Walkout Terrace Balcony Balustrade: To maintain unobstructed views, we installed sleek, minimalist frameless glass balustrades around the terrace perimeter.

• Integrated Walk-On Glass: We integrated structural walk-on glass floor panels into the external decking, allowing natural light to penetrate to the levels below.

• Steel Access Staircase: A bespoke, heavy-duty steel staircase was fabricated in our Sheffield workshop to provide secure garden access.

• Frameless Juliet Balcony: A contemporary glass Juliet balcony was installed to the first floor, using toughened and laminated safety glass for a "clean view" finish.
