25.5mm is our domestic walk-on floor glass build-up — two 12mm toughened panes bonded together. At this weight the fixings matter as much as the glass, so tell us what the panel is doing and how it is supported before you order.

Material and where it can go

316 stainless steel, brushed finish. 316 is the marine grade — it is what you want outdoors, and it is what we would specify near the coast. Suitable for internal and external use alike.

All our fittings are 316 stainless unless the listing says otherwise. Where a fitting is plated steel rather than stainless we say so plainly, because the two look identical and only one of them belongs outside.

Fixing

Fixes to timber, steel or masonry with a concealed fixing behind the clamp body. Rubber inserts pack the glass and take up tolerance.

Buying the glass with it

These take our 25.5mm laminated floor glass. For a walk-on panel seated into an opening you may want a steel support framework instead of clamps.
