Our customer, Geoff, required a stylish and functional outdoor space to maximize the views of his garden and the surrounding countryside. The result is a stunning Anthracite Grey (RAL 7016) steel structure featuring a minimalist Frameless Glass Balustrade. This design ensures unobstructed, panoramic views while adding significant aesthetic and functional value to the property.

Installation Breakdown: The 6-Step Process

1. Foundations: Set concrete footings (typically 600 x 600mm) using our precise set-out drawings.

2. Backplate: Level and secure the structural backplate to the house wall.

3. Frame Assembly: Bolt the remaining steelwork together (assembled loose first, then leveled and tightened).

4. Composite Decking: Lay the pre-cut decking boards and secure with even spacing.

5. Balustrade: Fasten the base channels to the ring beam and secure the glass using our easy-clamp system.

6. Completion: Your professional-grade balcony is ready for use.
