Project: DIY Walkout Balcony Kit – Marlborough, Wiltshire (SN8)

We recently had the pleasure of supporting Mat and Tanya in Marlborough (SN8) as they transformed their rear elevation with a Dio-Met DIY walkout balcony kit. Mat and Tanya wanted a space that maximized their view of the Wiltshire countryside while maintaining a sense of seclusion from neighboring properties.

Despite the "arduous" journey of planning their renovation, the assembly of the balcony was straightforward.
