Applications for Spigot Balustrades
Spigot style glass balustrades are most popularly used around low level decking and patio areas in the garden but also to provide a safe guarding and used to cordon off swimming pools and hot tub areas. Different types of toughened glass can be used to provide enhanced levels of privacy such as frosted, opaque panels or mid-level privacy tinted glass.
We do not recommend spigot balustrades be used for higher level patios and decking areas unlike some companies- always check your balustrade system will be building regulation compliant and never compromise on safety.

All our spigot balustrades are formed of two basic components, the glass and the spigot clamps themselves so what could be easier?
We recommend 2 spigot clamps per metre and a minimum glass thickness of 10mm- Choose from either clear, frosted, tinted or laminated glass to suit your preference. All our toughened glass is made to order and can be ordered in any size online, generally taking 2-3 weeks to manufacture and deliver. See our online toughened glass shop
Often our customers will also use our inline glass to glass clamps to provide further rigidity between each panel – particularly when not fixed into a solid concrete base.
