Getting Involved in the Community

The Burton Street Foundation are a non-profit community organisation based in Sheffield supporting adults and older children with learning and physical difficulties. The foundation is registered with the 'Friendly Society' and operates in a very similar way to a charity.

DioMet were approached by main building contractor Kier Sheffield for assistance with the design, manufacture and installation of a steel framework to create a new roller door entrance to the facility - the works were to form part of a charitable community project with a budget of £0.

DioMet have worked alongside Kier for years and have built an excellent working relationship for community based projects throughout the Sheffield area, previous installations include Pye Bank, Sharrow, Abbey Lane, Hunters Bar, Stradbroke, Carfield, Greystones and Netherthorpe Schools....and many more!

At DioMet we were pleased to show our support for the local community and get involved with this charitable project for such an excellent cause. Finished images to follow upon completion and upon attendance of the grand opening!
