We would like to ensure you that we are taking the current global situation around COVID-19 very seriously, and we want to take this opportunity to let you know that as at 24th March 2020 we closed the workshop for 3 weeks and postponed site installations in line with government guidelines. We have now returned to work with around 80% of our staff back in operation for manufacturing goods. Installations and site surveys will slowly resume, if deemed safe to do so.
Goods ordered from stock are being dispatched on a first-come-first-served basis with customers prioritised by order date, subject to stock levels.
As we have only 80% of the workforce back a present, please allow extra time for manufacture of bespoke goods- we appreciate your patience during these tough times as we look to return to our normal operation as soon as possible.
Please do not visit our premises unannounced – please call in advance of any visits so we can plan ahead.
