Completed Project- Juliet Balconies and Glass Door Canopies- Southam

This new build development by Bloor Homes required numerous glass canopies, juliet balcony rails and metal garden fencing which Dio-Met were contracted to complete over a period of 18months.

The front access door to each block of apartments was supplied with a modern design glass canopy and each set of french doors had a glazed juliet balcony installed. The overall scheme of design was a mixture of brickwork, render and cladding with modern touches of glass to complete the look and provide clear views out for individual owners rather than the usual metal bar style balconies.

The exterior of the development was to be fully secured and gated with each plot having boundary fencing and demarcation rails. The steel garden railings were installed to the whole perimeter wall.

The front door canopies comprised:

Toughened and laminated safety glass covers

Suspended tie-rod style support brackets

Stainless steel marine grade glass clamping system

The glazed juliet balconies comprised:

Galvanzied and powdercoated support rails

Clear toughened glass infill panels

Seamless fixing channels / gaskets

The boundary steel fencing comprised :

Galvanzied and powdercoated mild steel construction

Flat bar top and bottom rails with box section upright posts

Round infill bars

Installation of the metal rails was completed with cranked brackets to sit on top of the parapet wall and fix securely to the inside edge.
