Our walk-out steel balconies are exceptionally popular and come with a range of balustrade options, the most desirable seemingly being a frameless infinity glass system for uninterrupted views from the deck.  

This latest example for our client Sandra uses the frameless structural glass balustrade to the front of the balcony and framed raised privacy screens to the neighbouring side. The frameless glazing is 17.5mm toughened and laminated clear glass whereas the privacy screen uses 10mm thick toughened opaque glazing with internally offset handrail.

The base steelwork on this walk-out balcony is galvanized and powdercoated black as is the privacy screen metalwork and frameless base channel system to match. The composite decking used was our premium system in a textured black woodgrain finish.

Now installed, this balcony provides an infinity view of Sandra’s lovely garden and extensive views of the fields and countryside beyond. The privacy screen blocks out any overlooking neighbours and ultimately creates a stunning, practical and functional outdoor area to enjoy a morning coffee or evening glass of wine watching the sun set.

All our walk-out balconies are designed by our in house technicians, manufactured by our own skilled fabricators and only ever installed by our own fitters (or supplied for self-assembly).

Each walk-on balcony system and glass balustrade supplied is done so under the scope of BS1090 and fully building regulation compliant. All raw materials are sourced locally and each balcony is made to order, generally taking circa 6 weeks to complete.
