• All steelwork galvanized and powdercoated finish with optional stainless steel balustrade.

• Our balconies conform to all current UK building regulations for domestic applications.

• Steel joists and composite decking – Grey decking as standard (some older photos shown timber joists which we no longer use)

•  6-8 weeks lead time from order placement. 
•   Delivery to mainland UK  -  check our terms and conditions for excluded zones.

Installation

• Our  balcony systems are supplied in kit form and are simple to assemble with basic trade experience.
• Installation drawings provided and we are just a phone-call away if you need more advice! 
• We can also quote for professional installation if required.
