Jason, our client in York, envisioned a stylish and functional outdoor space. To bring his vision to life, we designed and installed a custom walkout balcony that perfectly complements his home. The balcony is a slight variation of our Infinity Walkout Balcony.
The balcony features:
- A robust anthracite grey steel frame, including ring beam and posts
- Durable steel joists (not timber as many inferior products use)
- Low-maintenance composite grey decking
- A frameless glass balustrade with toughened and laminated safety glass panels
- A section of frosted glass for privacy on neighbouring side
A Seamless Installation Process
Our installation team worked closely with Jason throughout the project, from initial survey to final installation. We even provided a test build of the balcony base to ensure complete client satisfaction before the final product. Jason's decision to opt for our full installation package, including footing excavation, streamlined the process and resulted in a beautifully finished balcony.
