6mm backpainted toughened glass panels supplied cut to size- simply select your sizes from our drop-down menu.

All glass is low-iron, backpainted to your required colour with all edges polished and 5mm radius corners.

Paint is specially designed, hard wearing, easy to clean and perfect for use in the kitchen- these panels are most commonly used for splashbacks and tabletops.

All glass is made to order and will take 4 weeks to complete- once ready, we shall be in contact to arrange delivery. 

Sizes and cut-outs

Every panel is made to your own dimensions, to the millimetre. We hold no standard sizes — choose your RAL colour, put in the length and height, and the price shown is for that exact panel.

Painted glass or clear over a painted wall?

The alternative is 6mm clear toughened glass fitted over a wall you have painted or tiled yourself. That works, and it is usually cheaper.

Backpainted has two advantages worth the difference. The colour is on the glass, so it is even, sealed behind the panel and cannot mark or need repainting. And because these panels are low iron, there is none of the faint green cast that standard glass carries — which matters most over white and pale colours, where ordinary glass can make white read slightly mint.

Edges and standards

All edges polished with a proper 5mm radius corner as standard — not the dubbed corner, knocked off by hand, that a lot of suppliers will quote you. Details on our material and finish standards page.
