Two Flight Steel Staircase

“We have recently completed the site installation of a fire escape steel staircase to a commercial property in Luton. This metal staircase is supplied with twin rail tubular handrailing and kickflats  to the landings all in a maintenance free, weatherproof galvanized finish”

This steel fire escape forms one part of a large project for our commercial client Henry Boot at their site in Luton, the staircase comprises :

• Two flight steel staircase with extended top landing platform.
• Twin rail fabricated steel handrails to all areas
• Closed riser treads with checkerplate non-slip finish
• Support posts with cross bracings
• Kickflats to landing areas
• All materials galvanized finish

This example staircase is fully ground supported with no ties back to the building which is clad in black sheeting. The design of the stair is one that offers functionality and low maintenance.

All our fire escape staircases are designed to be fully building regulation compliant and produced / certified within the CE Marked framework of BS1090-2 for structural steel.
