Dio-Met recently completed the international supply of four premium hinged glass wine cellar doors to a client in Jackson, New Jersey. This project highlights our ability to deliver UKCA-certified, high-precision engineering "across the pond" with the same efficiency as a local delivery. Each unit was manufactured in our Sheffield workshop and shipped fully assembled via specialized international freight to ensure a seamless "out-of-the-box" installation for the US-based team.

• Certified Framework: The structural steel frames are UKCA certified, and the glass is engineered to withstand concentrated loads of 2.0kN, meeting BS EN 1991-1-1:2002 standards.

• Bespoke US Dimensions: Every unit was custom-made to fit the client's specific floor openings, proving that our "made-to-measure" service is fully adaptable to international construction sizes.

• Exceptional Safety: The units feature our signature invisible non-slip treatment, achieving a Pendulum Test Value (PTV) of 68—far exceeding standard slip-risk requirements for residential use.
