Martin had recently engaged with builders to enhance and modernise his property with the addition of new windows / doors and was in the process of having the house rendered white- the upstairs bedroom doors would lead out onto a steel balcony terrace and enjoy views over the Herefordshire countryside.

Having seen some recent examples of our work online, Martin got in contact to discuss the balcony and balustrade options available to him and opted for a system which comprised:

·       Galvanized and powdercoated steel support structure, colour matched to the windows and doors in anthracite grey  RAL 7016.

·       Stainless steel and glass balustrade – brushed finish material with clear glazing infills.

·       Composite decked floor in antique oak.

As with many of our customers, Martin was handy with a tape measure and provided all the basic dimensions required to assist with a workable design. The balcony was then manufactured and installed by DioMet in circa 4 weeks as requested.

Before the installers had even left site, Martin was getting his deckchairs up on the balcony to start enjoying the area- needless to say, he was thrilled with the result and eager to squeeze the last few drops of sunshine out of autumn!
