This example project was completed for our customer Phil in Durham for whom we designed, manufactured and delivered our walk-out balcony system with glass balustrade for DIY assembly. Installation is simple but we recommend this should only be undertaken by a competent tradesperson.

This walk out balcony system had its base steelwork galvanized and powdercoated in anthracite grey (in the ever popular RAL 7016 colour) and was finished off with our stainless steel and glass balustrade system to the exterior at 1.1metres high to two sides and 1.8m high with frosted glass to form a privacy screen to one elevation.

This first floor balcony system looks awesome in the modern setting and provides extra useable space leading out from one of the upstairs bedrooms in the property. The depth of this balcony was circa 2 metres and provides ample space for a large table and chairs to enjoy views over the well landscaped garden.

Our premium composite decking was supplied for the flooring and our client Phil provided some photos of the job once he had completed the installation, commenting how pleased he was with our service and product.

Our walk out balcony structures are all made to measure and can be produced to any width or depth required with multiple options available for different balustrade and flooring styles. We offer professional installation within a reasonable radius of Sheffield (circa 100miles) or can deliver Nationwide. As previously noted, these balcony systems are easy to install for any tradesperson or local builder.

All our walk out balconies are designed by our in house AutoCAD technicians and fabricated in our Sheffield factory using locally sourced steelwork, glass, fixings and external finishes (including galvanizing and powdercoating) from our Yorkshire neighbours.
