Installing a steel walk-out balcony system can effortlessly enhance your property and increase its outdoor useable space at an affordable cost. This recent example was a bespoke metal balcony system shaped around the chimney stack at the side elevation of the property.

Our client Michael opted for a basic railing design to the balcony perimeter and included some basket-infill bars to make the design a little more ornate without being overly fussy. The balcony flooring is completed with our premium composite decking boards making the overall balcony simple, attractive, functional and low maintenance.

All the metalwork used in the balcony structure and balustrade railings is hot-dip galvanized and then powdercoated in black paint.

The structure protrudes circa 1.5metres in total and at a width of 5metres, gives an excellent balcony platform to enjoy a coffee or al-fresco dining with a view of the extensive gardens and fields beyond.

Dio-Met completed a full service of survey, design, manufacture and installation of this walk out balcony system in Northampton. We only ever use our own fabricators to manufacture our CE-marked metalwork and likewise only use our own installers- never subcontractors.
