This job involved the survey, manufacture, and installation of a large walkout balcony, approximately 5 x 2.5 meters, tapering to suit the unique shape of the driveway. Design and Materials: The balcony features an anthracite grey (RAL 7016) galvanized and powder-coated steel base frame and steel joists, complemented by anthracite composite decking. The balustrade comprises our framed design with tubular balusters and handrails, and all glass is 10mm frosted for added privacy and aesthetic appeal. This combination of materials not only ensures durability but also provides a sleek, modern look that enhances the overall aesthetic of the property.

Privacy Screening: To meet planning application requirements, we installed privacy screening on one side and half of the front at a raised height of 1800mm.
