We have recently completed the design, manufacture and installation of 2no. matching walk-out style balcony veranda systems over 4 floors in a brand new development in Eastbourne on the south coast of England. 

The development of new build apartments in Eastbourne is almost complete and our remit of works was to design, manufacture and install matching walk-out style balconies to the property frontage over 4 floors. Each balcony is identical and supported with steel framing and complete with stainless steel guard rails and glass infill panels.

The exterior of the development is a crisp, white rendered finish and the balcony systems were designed in keeping with the modern aesthetics- Galvanized and powdercoated white steel structural framework with a subtle modern twist including stainless steel and glass balustrading between the vertical supports.

The balconies will be finished with decked flooring to complete the project, finished installation image below:
