Glass Patio Balustrade- Sheffield Installation

Our most popular product has been installed to a newly laid patio in Sheffield, namely our stainless steel and glass balustrade system 1. This glass balustrade finishes off the client’s balcony area nicely, and makes it safe, guarding the fall to the patio below.

Our customer Charlotte got in touch to discuss her glass balustrade requirements for a brand new patio area overlooking her rear gardens. The new Indian stone patio best lent itself to a framed glass balustrade design and it was decided that a modern-simple system with clear glass would be most appropriate- so our ever popular system 1 glass balustrade was recommended.

DioMet provided a full service from start to finish by firstly undertaking a site survey to measure up then designing on AutoCAD, manufacturing in our Sheffield workshop and finally installing the balustrades.

These patio balustrades are installed to a terraced garden whereby the upper patio is raised several feet from the lower garden and located either side of the access steps. Each post was core-drilled into the patio for the most rigid fixing possible, providing an effective but attractive safety barrier at 1100mm high.
