Maple Court Glazed Entrance Canopy

DioMet have recently completed the design, manufacture and installation of a large spanning glass canopy system for a residential development in London. The small development is known as Maple Court and extends approximately 0.12 acres in the London Borough of Southwark and consists of 9 private residential units within a 5 storey building. The glass canopy has been completed for our new client meeting a tight budget and timescale after the previously employed canopy supplier failed to do so.

The glass canopy design is simple, effective and functional- comprising toughened and laminated clear safety glass supported by a galvanized finish steel structure spanning between the two supporting walls. The steelwork support structure was designed for site assembly with bolted connections and sealed glass joints and completed within a few hours of arrival on site.

Having impressed with this project, DioMet have now been added to the tender list for all future projects and architectural metalwork packages through our new customer.
