Our client Jennifer required a cost-effective first floor balcony platform for a property in Turriff, Aberdeenshire to extend her usable space and take advantage of the lovely countryside views to the rear aspect.

The balcony is a simple construction with traditional styling, based on our Ornate Walkout Balcony System and comprises :

• Box section upright support posts and ring beam
• Traditional metal railings to 3 sides
• Steel support joists and composite decking
• All base metalwork galvanized and powdercoated black

The goods were purchased on a supply-only basis with dedicated delivery for installation by Jennifer’s own local contractor- Following delivery Jennifer kindly sent the below email and pictures :

I’ve attached some photos of our balcony fabricated by Diomet and installed by our local joiner.
We’re so pleased with the balcony and we think it looks as though it’s been there forever! Thank you for our balcony and for giving us the opportunity to enjoy the view from the first floor.
