Our client Ricky requested a quotation for a bespoke walk-out balcony to his property in Surrey and one designed in keeping with the Edwardian styling. Our ornate walkout steel balcony system was quoted with iroko timber handrails to soften the design.

The walkout balcony briefly comprises :

• 5metres wide x 1.2metre deep walkout balcony structure
• 2 x front supporting steels
• Metal joists with dark grey composite decking
• Steel railings with iroko timber handrail
• All metalwork hot dip galvanized and polyester powdercoated black

Dio-Met completed a full service of site survey, design, manufacture and installation for this walkout balcony system in a timescale of circa 6-8 weeks.

All our balcony systems are designed to be fully building regulation compliant and supplied with a UKCA Declaration of Conformity to BS1090.

Each metal walkout balcony we provide is designed in house, manufactured in our Sheffield workshops from locally sourced materials and either delivered nationally or installed by our own team. We never use subcontract fitters For projects outside of our installation radius (circa 3hours from Sheffield) installation could be completed by any competent builder or tradespersons.
