8-10mm Powder-Coated Glass Clamps

Galvanised and powder-coated steel glass clamps for securing 8mm or 10mm toughened glass, finished in a colour to match your balustrade, posts or railings rather than brushed stainless. The steel is galvanised first and then powder-coated, so it stands up to the weather outdoors or can be used internally of course. They do the same job as our stainless steel glass clamps, just colour-matched, and they pair neatly with our powder-coated balustrade systems.

Colours

• Black, white or anthracite grey (RAL 7016) at the standard price
• Any other classic RAL colour to order, at an additional cost

Fitting

There is a slot on the back of each clamp for fixing to timber, steel or masonry, so the glass is held without any drilled holes and keeps a clean, uninterrupted line. For alignment, allow 22mm each side of the glass: as an example, for a neat fit between wooden posts 1044mm apart, a glass width of 1000mm works well.

The detail

• Choose flat-back clamps for fixing straight to a flat surface, or curved-back clamps to sit on 48mm tube
• Galvanised then powder-coated steel for a durable, colour-matched finish
• Rubbers included to suit 8mm or 10mm glass
• No drilled holes needed in the glass for a clean look
• Security pins are supplied with every clamp for optional use; for overhead applications we recommend fitting them, which needs a 14mm hole in the glass
• A measurement PDF is available for accurate planning

Delivery

Standard colours (black, white, anthracite grey) carry a 2 to 3 day lead time from order; other RAL colours are made to order, so allow a little longer. Collections from Sheffield are welcome. Get a price for your 10mm toughened glass here.
