Access Ramp Handrails

Building regulations dictate the requirement for handrails to stairs and disabled access ramps and our latest installation project sees the completion of two sets of handrail systems to a commercial office in Measham, Leicestershire.

Working for main contractor Bloor Homes, Dio-Met liaised to survey, design, manufacture and install galvanized finish tubular access handrails to newly built access ramps at the main Pickering Plant Hire offices in Measham. The design for the main access ramp was core-drill and grout fixed baluster posts and base cover roses with twin rail offset handrails installed to the supporting walls. The smaller ramp to the rear of the property was similar in design with an additional set of wall fixed handrails to the main building.
