Despite being predominately steel fabricators, here at DioMet we sell as much glass (if not more) as actual steelwork nowadays and offer competitive rates on a whole range of toughened and laminated glass products- we use glass in around 90% of our projects including balustrades, canopies, juliet balconies and floor glazing.

Glass well covers have been a popular product for years and we regularly also fabricate and supply steel support frameworks to go with them, but always as a bespoke request- we have now however updated the online glass well cover listing to allow the purchase of a steel framework to go with it, hopefully streamlining the process for our customers.

All our glass well covers are made to order, as are the steel frameworks we manufacture to go with them and rather conveniently, both items take around the same amount of time to produce at circa 4 weeks, so can be shipped together as one unit.

To avoid any doubt, we will always supply a drawing for our customers to check prior to manufacture in order that the steel framework will fit exactly as required. Also, as a made-to-order item you are not tied by standard sizes, and the frames and glass panels can be manufactured to the exact sizes required.

These glass well covers and associated steel frameworks are available in a wide range of sizes, finishes and with multiple options to suit the vast majority of clients- if of course you need something more bespoke, we are always on hand for guidance.

All our glass well covers and steel frameworks are made right here in Yorkshire and available for nationwide delivery, or collection from our Sheffield workshop.
