Coming to hole in the floor near you soon……….. Our highly anticipated and frequently requested hinged glass floor system is going electric! Building on our existing, and extremely popular wine cellar door system, our new design will be fully motorised without the requirement for any handle or manual input, other than pressing a button.

Our electric, motorised hinged glass floor unit will operate with a choice of wall switch or remote control and be effortlessly powered by heavy duty actuators, all fully programmed to operate smoothly with opening and closing your wine cellar door- cool huh?

All the wiring and control panels will be supplied with the unit and installation should be simple for any builder or competent DIYer with the wiring element of course requiring to be connected by a qualified electrician.

The benefits of an electrically operated wine cellar door are :

1. Ease of use – Although our manual hinged glass floor systems are simple to operate and require minimal effort, an electric version can be opened with the press of a button.
2. Style and visuals – As the motorised unit is all electrically powered, there is no requirement for any handles or lifting holes in the glass or framework which allows for a much sleeker, cleaner design.
3. Wow factor – come on, who isn’t going to be impressed by a motorised wine cellar door system!
