Ok so most people do indeed use our hinged glass floor system for two primary reasons; to store and display alcoholic beverages or to act as a basement or cellar door however this is far from a limited choice as is seen by our client Graham who used the system to create a feeding hatch for his Koi carp!

Graham has purchased several of these hinged glass floor units from us and in this picture alone we see two in use; one inside and one outside….. Yes, his fish swim under the house from the pond outside to beneath his kitchen floor where they get fed!

As we always advise our clients, we supply the walk-over hinged glass floor lid but what happens beneath is entirely up to you- be as creative as you like! We love to see what our creative customers do with these units.
