Mirror Polished Glass Balustrade

Our stainless steel and glass balustrade design is one of our most popular products for internal and external balconies, patios and staircases. These glass balustrades are most commonly produced in satin (brushed) finish stainless steel however also available in mirror polished (bright) stainless as this example.

Mirror polished stainless steel- also sometimes referred to as chrome or bright polished finish stainless is most commonly used in coastal areas for its higher level of resistance to external salts or contaminants (That would otherwise get into the grain of a brushed finish steel polish) . The below example picture was sent to us by our client Sharon; her second balustrade order from us in as many years. The design is essentially a variation of our System 1 Glass Balustrade whereby the overall visual effect is the same, using the same materials however the polish of the steel goes through a different process to bring a smoother, polished ‘chrome’ finish.

The vast majority of our stainless steel products available online (canopies, balconies, balustrades etc) are manufactured from brushed finish materials however can be produced with a mirror polish finish at an additional cost and generally increased lead time also.
