Cellars with Wine Box Ends

Wine box ends are wooden panels from the front of a protective timber wine box;  typically printed with information about the wine contents, such as the name of the vineyard, the vintage, and the type of wine. Wine box ends are often used for decorative purposes, as they can be hung on walls or displayed in wine cellars or bars as a way to showcase a collection of wines.

Wine box ends are a unique and versatile material that can be used to create a beautiful and functional wine cellar storage area. Not only do they provide a great way to showcase your wine collection, but they also add a touch of rustic charm to any space. They are our favourite way that our customers line out wine cellars when used in conjunction with our wine cellar glass access door system

Mini Wine Cellar Lined With Wine Box Ends

Creating a wine box end lined cellar is pretty simple – To start, you will need to collect a large number of wine box ends. You can usually find them at local wineries, wine shops, or online. Once you have collected enough, you can begin the process of creating your wine cellar.

The first step is to create a frame for your wine cellar, if its not already built.  Once your cellar area is complete, you can begin attaching the wine box ends to the walls and ceiling using nails or screws.

When attaching the wine box ends, be sure to stagger the boards so that they fit together tightly, creating a seamless appearance. You may need to trim some of the boards to fit around corners or other obstacles in the room. Once you have lined out the walls and ceiling with wine box ends, you can begin adding any shelves, racking and other wine storage components. These can also be made from wine box ends or from other materials, such as reclaimed wood or metal.

To finish off the space, you can add lighting to really make the area a wow-factor and other decorative elements, such as wine barrel tables, wine bottle chandeliers, or artwork that complements the rustic theme of the space- depending how much room you have to work with.

Using wine box ends as a construction material is not only an eco-friendly and sustainable option, but it also creates a unique and personalized space for your wine collection. Whether you are a wine connoisseur or simply enjoy the aesthetic of wine box ends, incorporating them into your wine cellar can be a fun and rewarding project!
